does your style use the ying jeurng much?

this can include the fingers etc.

we have a internal set called yau kung sup bat senrng toy jeurng. it has 18 different palm stiking sequences etc, but lots or the reverse palms. when relaxed the power of these really get through protective equipment and if hit the organs like the liver and kidneys they would damage them really easy. we also use it in what we call heavy hand or bone training.

just thought you guys and gals might like to talk about this. :)

have a happy new year everyone!! :D

We use ying jearng in Bai Mei, and also front side of palm too. Bai Mei use all open hand/finger strikes that i could think of, even as early on as zhi bo(jit bo).

this thread makes me think that few people on this forum actually practice kungfu, i mean there must be more than one person out there who uses the YING JEURNG palm, so why not reply?

going by the knowledge displayed in his/her posts i would have to say that FT is one smart cat,
i wish he was my sifu:)

What a wankers reply ... sucking up BS you imbecile. To even bring up such a topic is sufficient to suggest lack of knowledge most could be bother and Yin Jeung is present in everything but what specifics does he want what is the aim. everyone can just say yes but the question means nothing so what and from only a southern perspective why it is part of a many styles. so many that is a waste to list.

Hello again bakmae Kungfumoron or whatever fool name you go by now. What enlightening crap do you have for us this time, more evidence of your lack of social skills.Still somebodies gimp are you ? :D :D

bak mei practising biu ji do not assume 'ass-u-me' as you will most definately fail.
Yin jeung occurs in the 18 subduing dragon palms as well. all palm experience the same intrinsic energy and force due to the compression and expansionary effects at both the point of instigation and orientation. Of course like all techniques that is all they are unless practised by the appropriate individual and also depending on wether such techniques suit and individual.

You see, everyone is different no one is the same, everyone is a specialist........shaw bros yeah!

Happy New Year to u too.

What is all this post with ppl. screaming at each other over nothin about? What nonsense.

I learn Bai Mei from my father who learned from Cheung Lai Chun while he was teaching at Wong Poe Military Academy and also from Cheung Lai Chun's student Ng Yiu.

Who did u learn from?

Like I said where's the education? Oh wow you can sprout a few naughty words in another language (english included) but as you've shown you can't back up anything you claim except with more pathetic useless self deluded ramblings , well you've proven yourself to be about as usefull as tits on a bull. You're not worth the bother.

my sifu was master leung cheung, he was a disciple of the late grandmaster har hon hung, who learnt pak mei from clc in guangzhou. HHH then learnt the yau kung mun system off a monk named tit yun.

ykm is an internal system, but has pak mei hand forms as the core of the external hand sets.

i trained under my sifu for 15 years before he passed away and i was given bai shee also. i have trained in hongkong (ykm) under the current grandmaster har kwok cheung, and in guangzhou in both pak mei and ykm. :)
