What is the relationship between Fu Jow Pai and Hung Gar?

I understnad that there is some kind of relationship between Fu Jow Pai and Hung Gar. I think Hung Gar uses some moves from Fu Jow Pai. Could somebody please give me some more information on this?

The founder had studied hung gar before he had learned the other system from the unnamed monk. After that, the system would become Fu Jow Pai, Hark Fu Mun, etc etc.
