I've never read that one, but similar ones. I agree with some of it: lifting weights can be of more benefit, as it takes energy to sustain muscle, meaning the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn while at rest. Cardio work will raise your metabolism temporarily, but after a few hours it will return to normal.

I do not agree with aerobic activity benig unnecessary. Get in the ring without doing road work and try to fight for 10 rounds and you'll see what I mean. Weight training will not help you in this area.

Superslow is dumb. It's like that HIT crap. I wouldn't listen to anything they say, and I definately wouldn't follow their instruction.

Iron
