I have found a few different variations of the horseriding stance. Some say that the toes should go in and others say out. Some say that you should have a wide stance (2 shoulder width) while others say a narrower one (about 1 shoulder width). Maybe the different variations are for different purposes. I'm looking for one that will allow me to focus all of my chi at my dantian. This is known in nei kung training (a type of chi kung). Maybe some know this as level 1 in the 72 level development. Which is the correct variation for me
