Hi Paul, Hope you are well,we used o interact a few years ago on the TruthMartial Arts Forum.Its nice to see that you have also started training in SPM! Would it be possible to tell me which system,as yours is from Macao,I beleive,and what your main training seed forms are.I have just posted in the Southern Kung Fu forum about the SPM system that im training in.
