    Newb, I think I can help you with your shin conditionig. Here is my schedule. Get a metal or pvc pipe that is about three feet long and 1 1/2 - 2 inches in diam. Fill it about 1/3 of the way with steel shot or bbs(way cheaper), it should way roughly bout 5lbs. or so. Cap off the ends obviously. Roll your shins simultaneously 5min. per day for 30 days. APPLY JOW AFTERWARDS.

    The next 30 days: continue with the rolling but afterwards(before jow) lightly hit your shins 108times with a bundle of bamboo chopsticks or skewers. It won't feel like much but the ********y effect of the bamboo will help greatly. APPLY JOW AFTERWARDS.

    The next 30 days. Continue with the rolling and replace the bamboo bundle with a a wire bundle hit shins 108 times APPLY JOW AFTERWARDS

    That is what i do. When I say a bundle of Bamboo or wire I mean a bundle about a qtr - half dollar round.

    If you need good jow i would recommend contacting Dale Dugas. Also,please don't share this conditiong plan. The less people with conditioned shins the better....for us that do. LOL!
