    hey, how's it going? have you gotten a chance to train in chinatown with the shaolin school yet? after i moved to the suburbs when we had our son I had to stop training choy lay fut. i did try some bjj and mma in the burbs, really enjoyed it. but i also got really busy with family life and spending 2 hours each day commuting to work, so i had to put martial arts on hold. we're planning to move back to the city in the spring and hopefully i will resume martial arts in the summer. take care, yazen
