Biography:

At the age of 18, I started taking Kung Fu lessons after getting tipped off by a friend that it was more of a work out than his basic training in the Navy (let's face it. I needed it!). After a few years, the school closed.
At that point I put my career as my top priority. The oddest hours of any profession denied me of a normal life. My forms have left me for the most part. After 10 years of 3 hours a night rest. I left that career and relocated to TN. After the recent acts of terror this past year, I owe it to myself and my family to resume my training and encourage others to do the same.
