Studied Tae Kwon Do for a while, then Leung Ting WingTsun for 8 years (1st Technician), from 2007 to present learning a lot from Sifu Gary Lam who I am grateful to for answering my questions and showing me that Wing Chun is simple even in it's complexity...and more effective than I had ever imagined.
