What are some of your favorite martial arts stereotypes?
"yeah but it only works for short people"
"yeah but it wouldn't work against my punch/kick/puss infected genital sores
"yeah but my mate Bob who's done Tai Kwon Do says....."
"So you can do that Bruce Lee stuff then"
"All fighters just turn to kickboxing"
"Just kick 'em in the knackers..."
Kung fu guys don't spar, they just do forms.
All wushu is just forms without applications.
tai chi is not good for fighting.
I'll just sprawl. no problem.

"kung fu is too deadly for NHB"
"kung fu is to noble to enter nhb"
"kung fu is limited by rules"
"kung fu will teach you to rip hearts and throats out"
"dim mak is real"
"he wasn't a real kung fu guy"(referring to kung fu's miserable rercord in nhb)
Here's my fav...
"BJJ is invincible"
"Tae kwon do sucks"
"Tae kwon do is all kicking"
::runs away in fear of getting killed by everyone who says that::
do a fight to the death.
it is true all fights go to the ground with the dead man lying on the ground.
kung fu has a history of fighting up 6 feet or higher on 4 inch poles. you can spike the ground with knives so it'll stab you when you fall and invite all to the fight of their life.
you see chinese lion dancers on these poles today. you can borrow a set from these guys and have it out.
you can set any rules you like, no gauging, biting all the nhb rules for that matter. i say this would be a good challenge to all.
"..yeah, but Johnny Buttshot tried that move with Matt Arsedude in UFC 3,000, and it didn't work...so, that move sucks"
"Tai Chi has no ground-fighting"
"You can't be for real if you haven't trained with grand-master Ping-Pong"
"It isn't all Tai Chi because I don't think it isn't"
"Your practice isn't the real deadly, killer Tai Chi because you fight in competitons"
"You don't understand intent because you don't practice like I do"
BTW, I'm currently LMAO at Felipe's post... :p
Only the good ones!! ;)

nhb tournaments are the ultimate test for all martial arts. Anyone who says its biased is just jeaslous that their ma is not as good as *insert ma here*, which has been much more successful. If your ma hasn't proven itself in nhb, then its just sissy-dancing.
Ofcourse all fights go to the ground...we cant fly!:D
It`s all good when you go down-town, true character should rise to the top.
