U.K. 7 Star Mantis Boxing Seminar

Shifu Paul Drummond will be hosting an open seminar in March at his Mantis Cave School in Oxfordshire . The seminar is open to all but spaces are limited .
The seminar will be on the White Ape sets with the form White Ape Presenting The Fruit being taught on the day .
