A Great Youtube Show: Made with Lau

Greetings,

It is a rare moment when u-tube features something that is amazing beyond words. The show "Made With Lau" falls into that category, and it stands tall. This show features a retired Chinese chef, Daddy Lau, who goes to town showing viewers the absolute finest in Cantonese cuisine. Though I may never get to meet this person it is indeed an honor to know him from afar. You can still learn something even if you are not into Chinese cuisine. Daddy Lau's flexibility in his cooking approaches exudes his experience and his mastery. The father/son/family interactions are wonderful to behold.
