A New Grasshopper: Donnie Yen

Greetings,

There has been talk about Donnie Yen doing a movie version of the Kung Fu series.

While I am happy that Donnie Yen is getting the proper respect that he should have been given decades ago, my concern is about the amount of creative control he will have. I think he could do a better "Kung Fu" movie on his own, without the need for Hollyweird. Nevertheless, I am supportive of his continued success. I hope he gets showcase real Shaolin technique and not the silly flashy stuff.

To add: To do this right, they may need more than one movie.
