I once heard that there is a soft cup that you can wear for grappling which is more comfortable, and still protects the boys. Any info?

Keep in mind cups are illegal in IBJJF and NAGA
dude those look bad ass!
just ordered one.
Can't wait to put an egg in there....:D
Just arrived today. Looks pretty kewl, you can bend it and twist it and when you pound on it it doesn't crush. (unless you really pound hard and for grappling, I think it will be more than sufficient. I will try it out in my Friday BJJ class and let you know how it works.
ya make sure someone drops a knee on your junk to see if it really works.
Back a car over yourself.
tried it at Friday BJJ class. Very comfortable. Barely knew it was there.
Yep. I'm sold. Will definitely recommend this to my students and training bros.
That's ridiculous, what will a cup give you an advantage? Can you pin him down with your protected crotch or something?
skull fuk them into oblivion
...Or an arm bar where your cup us pressing into his elbow.
Sometimes the person may tap from the pain of the cup, where they may not have tapped otherwise, so it is deemed an unfair advantage in grappling competition.
For those of us practising for self defence- cup is a must have! With a good cup you can add (light!) groin kicks and low uppercuts into sparring. It really changes the clinch game:D
