Like a automobile accident
It's horrifying but it's tough to stop watching.
What disturbs me more is what we used to call "Snuff movies" and had to sneak over to a friends house late at night to watch "Faces of Death" on VHS are now commonplace and readily available for young minds to be influenced by. Watching these videos, I can actually feel my own life force dimming just a bit - as if a dark cloud just passed overhead.
Good reality check, though - underscores the necessity of defense being swift and severe. I believe I read in one of Yang Jwing-Ming's Chin-na books: "to be kind to my attacker is to be cruel to myself" - or something to that extent.
