Though when I do Hindu squats I do go on the balls, but I still don't bounce per say.
I don't do Hindu's that much, bad knees and all that.
I just wondered about the "bounce" part.

just wanna say that this thread is moot without video proof.
do your thing, video it, post it to you tube, disallow commentary if you want
and then your tags of 80npush ups and pullups etc will be valid.
until then, it's just little marks on the page and there is no proof of anything and so, there can't be any sort of challenge other than who can type higher numbers than the other guy.

Just came across this thread... I am trying to come back from arguably what has been my worst shape in 10 years or so. I'll probably start logging some results next week.
As for new challenges, what about leopard fist pushups?
Pistols or one legged squats would be good too.
