Many videos posted by the students at the YMAA Retreat Center: YMAA Retreat YouTube Channel.
You can see regular video blogs of the students discussing life on the mountain, scenes of them training and teaching in the local area. Part of their 10-year curriculum is video production and publishing, thanks largely to donated equipment from a San Fran-based director, who also donates her time as their video instructor.
They will soon be selling downloads of instructional clips through this YouTube channel.
Full curriculum: detail pages in left-side menu.
In the 10-year program, they are learning barehand long fist kung fu, white crane kung fu, taijiquan, Staff, Saber, Sword, Spear, projectile weapons and others, Injury Treatment, Horseback Riding, Firearms, Qigong Theory, Grand Circulation, Qigong Massage, Meditation, Medical Qigong, English Literature, Chinese language, History, Teaching/Instructing, Business, Financial Planning, Nonprofit Fundraising and Grant Writing, Cooking, Music, Gardening, and other martial styles from guest instructors in the later years of study.

Thanks Gene. Kung Fu mag has been a supporter since the start and continues to help spread the word about this cool project.
Dr. Yang is accepting 5 more disciples to the 5-Year Training Program.
but they cant be poor right?
Do they allow conjugal visits?
well im over 30 so blah...i was going to ask if big daddy gene would sponsor me
Did he lose 5 ?, or is he adding 5 ?.
USA probably not the best place to look for students., but I guess who else could afford it.
can be tough for people to fork out 10k a year for kungfu who are under 25. if they can afford it they have a career and likely arent interested in devoting their life to kungfu....some of the best students around probably couldnt ever afford.
Lucas, you know I only sponsor nacho ninjettes, not wannabe zombie ninjas. :p
As for the conjugal visits, the guys do get out from time to time. They were at TCKFMCIII and really enjoyed the afterparty. They came, partied, left to check out San Jose, and then came back super late to party some more. Those disciples have stamina. I respect that.
