I finally hit the 300 mark. Felt good too. I probably could've done it long ago, but I try to play it safe, as I don't use a spotter when I lift, so I am over cautious, making sure I don't drop the bar on my chest.
curls - I'm not sure why I did these - it wasn't a pull day, and I didn't think about it until I hit the third set. I just sub consciously picked them up.
