Look for Ong Bak on ebay. It's in Thai with English subs. It's got some of the best fight scencs ever, PERIOD. I just watched it.
Sing Lung (Jackie Chan) and Jet Li have nothing on the star of this film.

Once Upon a Time in China 2
Drunken Master (the original)
Snake in the Eagles Shadow
Hero
Once upon a time in China (only the blind-folded sword fight scene)
Dragons Forever (the lucky stars are the shiz)
Project A
Spirtiual Kung Fu (Lo Weh Studios shafted jackie on that one, but the 5 animal fist is nice)
Half Loaf of Kung Fu
Master of the Flying Guilliotein and the One Armed Boxer
Kill Bill
Some of you need to go see some more kung fu flicks.
10 in no particular order:
Fist of Legend
36th Chamber of Shaolin
Drunken Master II
Once Upon a Time in China
Drive
Hero
Ong Bak
Shaolin Temple
The Master
Police Story II
Add to these all old Jackie stuff, despite the cheesy stories the action is always great, the Matrix trilogy for sheer techno-CMA cool, Crouching Tiger for mainstream romance-CMA, a lot of old Shaw Bros titles, etc etc etc.

Kiss of the Dragon here, you guys?
Currently I have several up there.
Drunken Master and Fearless Hyena because Jackie is so great in those films and the training sequences are very inspiring.
Rumble in the Bronx
Fist of Legend, don't normally enjoy Jet Li but this one really stands out for me and because it really captures the whole Kung Fu cinema genre.
Way of the Dragon, Bruce Lee versus a prime Chuck Norris...doesn't get any better.
anything with Ralph Machio, even "Crossroads". I heard he is going to continue the role of Kwai Chang-Caine, but in a more urban street enviornment. Kung-Fu in da hood.
Drunken Master 2
spiritual Kung Fu
Shaolin Temple
Once Upon A Time In China
Prodical Son
shaolin temple - simply for the demo on the grass or for jet li screaming 'shifuuuuuuuu'.
iron monkey - awesome fights and probs the best intro to a film ever - eagle vs monkey.
shaolin invincible sticks - for the annoying spastic kid with the bald head.....ughhh i fast forward it every time.
craig:D
Damo/bodhidharma - great to get a true sense of the Shaolin Legend. Not really a MA film but there is a cool scene when he confronts the bandits. (leads into the legend of the 18 bandits becoming warrior guardians)
Dao - a good balance of MA and History. Ti Lung is cool.
MUSA - history, and realistic MA's. Not the old Shaw Brothers I fight for 5 minutes but no one gets hit???
But not putting down Shaw Brother's.
Master Killer, 5 Deadly Venoms are classics.
my favorite of this group is the Martial Club With Lau Ka Fai/aka master killer as wong fei hung.
Iron monkey. I like the story line. The official is corrupt. Iron monkey robbed the rich and helped the poor and those in need. sort of like robinhood.
In day time, he is the TCM physician. My favorite part is that he charged the rich 500 liang for the herbs. and free for the poor.
Xia Yi or chivalry.
thumb way up.
the fighting between the meat eating/wine drinking Jiu Ruo corrupt monk and the good on top of the staff/pole/Zhuang is superb. "sinking to the bottom of the sea" countered "single pillar thru the sky". classic
I like the use of 9 section chain whip or Jiu Jie Bian. overall like it.
I heard about Wu Ji. looking forward to see and critique.
:D
it's jet li's Fong Sai Yuk for me, the fighting on tops of the crowds heads was cool.
the other part was when jet li found out the sister's switched and he lost on purpose because the one of the sister's was hella ugly.
hsk
Legendary weapons of China
Fist of the white Lotus
stuff like that...
