Dayum time flies...
Anyhoo, I will start posting my stuff again. Quick update - I am still doing zumba (and still waiting for you guys to start too) but I also got my bench back above 300 again (bout time), and I am doing cleans with almost 200lbs.
they dropped the zumba from our gym...the only thing going now is Body Pump, Yoga and us.
they moved body pump to right before our class, I've been thinking about doing it but scared it's going to whup my ass...plus, they ran over by 10 minutes monday night...
so, when do we get to see your 'moves' ;)
bodypump can be rough. bigger movements like the clean and press, I can do all day, even if we do do 100 reps. but she smaller motions, like curls....yeah they will whip your ass. I hate working bis, tris and shoulders in that class.
how come your still doing all the foofoo classes?
