There are people in SD who bust just as much balls as anyone. There are people in SD that are lazy as sin. Such can be said for any style. I think we need to find a new style to bash for a while. How bout korean shaolin hapkidorate?

Im not an SDer anymore, but Ill still defend those that train hard. No reason to try and take anything away from them, as long as they bust as much ass as everyone else.

Not everyone with muscles takes those vitamins. Some people are more gifted genetically, my brother Brad, coming in at 5'10", was built like Sin The and he never once took anything illegal. Everything he took he bought legally at GNC, ate a bunch of pasta, bananas, and no, no, no junk food. Drank skim milk and water only. The only time he took junk food in was on birthdays.Quote:

I on the other hand could not legally increase in size if my life depended on it. My metabolism is through the roof, I eat close to 6 times a day and I am still hungry. I avoid junk food and work out several times a week, watch my cals and protein intake, take a nice big protein shake after workouts, etc and all that. I get stronger, I get toned, I weigh 175 lbs and have just 7% body fat, but I am small as hell.
