yo,
so yesterday i was playing rugby in a pre-season match, and i buggered over my finger.....one next to the pinky... it's real bruised and cains coz im a *****..
any solutions of what to do?? i have/am strapping it to my pinky on my left hand..which helps a bit, but are there any TCM thingies i should/could try that are good for finger injuries??

There's not much you can do mate - trust me, I've broken almost all of my fingers...
Better to strap it to your middle finger, rather than your pinky - more support.
You may well have just jarred it - if you can move it through it's full range of motion it's likely not broken. Regardless keep it moving - don't just strap it up and leave it for weeks, because you're liable to end up with restricted movement in it.
cheers finny, went to kung fu last night, now wasn't that clever. sparring raped my finger, but still, i aint no *****.. ok well i have a match tomorrow, and it's hela bruised so i feel some mad kitchen roll and electric tape coming on!
