What do you think of it?
The techniques shown are largely good stuffs. Well, it was a video recording of training sessions. And the training was quite good. Not like some we have seen where the students are just strike bags for the instructor.

I thought that Kun Tao was old Kung Fu from before about 1900 and looked and moved differently with the way they did there techniques punches and grappling than compared to the way kung fu is done in Mainland China Hong Kong and Taiwan .
Kuntao is typically non Chinese versions of Kung Fu. Typically Indonesian in origin, but not anymore. Kuntao is all over now.
