Anyone have any experience wearing a leather belt. I always thought they where for flash but Im hearing they also provide lower back support.

Are they worth. I would think they provide the same support similiar to weight lifting.
They are for looks and if you want the back support for lifting, you should get the hard leather weight lifting belt.Quote:
