girls and fish flops / pok fu and other tumbling

hey, this is a serious question, if you know what a pok fu is (tiger pounce) also known as a fish flop.

well, my question is, can girls do them without getting hurt? I'd like to teach some of my classmates to do it but I assume it would hurt them to land on their chest even if it's on a soft tumbling mat. but im not a girl so i don't know, and im not about to ask any of them in the class.

can anyone honestly tell me, is it just a move that shouldn't be taught to girls or is it OK to teach?
