Female Self Defense Week 2012

This multi-day event is geared toward Self Defense Trainers who want to share ideas and techniques, along with women who want to arm themselves with practical, proven self defense tools and strategies.
This is perfect for people who have either many years of training, or for those who have never taken a self defense course but wish to start learning now. A variety of classes are given by Modern Warrior Black Belts as well as National/International Guest Instructors.

For over 25 years, weve been giving women effective strategies, tactics, and techniques in this FREE community service class. Hone your awareness and enhance your spirit. WIN against a bigger, stronger, or even faster attacker.
Open to females 12 and older.
While this is a FREE class, we do require a $25 deposit to hold your spot. Your deposit will be given back to you the night of the class.

8 Week Female Self Defense Course
September 30th November 18th.
Sunday nights at 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Your survival begins and ends with YOU! This great 8 week class will teach you how to use everyday items as self defense tools, break out of a Full Nelson hold and learn where the best targets for maximum damage are. You will also learn necessary skills such as Groundfighting, Kicks, and Throws.
