This is a sequel to my original ‘Kung Fu Actor Interviews’ thread from a few years back. I tried, and have been completely unable to access it for continuity.

Do you mean this thread? I'll merge it if you like.
Will do, Gene! :)
Max Lee interview.
Max Lee is recognizable from a number of KF films, but I mainly remember him from Fist of Fury, as the first Japanese guy who approaches Bruce Lee in the dojo and gets knocked on his butt. Also, as the sawed-off little kung fu student who bullied Jackie Chan in Snake in the Eagle’s Shadow.

Yen Shi-Kwan interview:
Yen Shi-Kwan usually (but not always) played villains. He has worked opposite Jackie Chan (Fearless Hyena, Dragon Fist); Jet Li (Once Upon a Time in China 1 & 2); Casanova Wong (The Master Strikes, The Story of Drunken Master); Hwang Jang-Lee (Kid From Kwangtung, Dance of the Drunk Master); Sammo Hung (The Iron-Fisted Monk); Donnie Yen (Iron Monkey {1993}); Kwan Yung-Moon (Blood Child, a.k.a., Five Fingers of Steel); among many, many others. He also appeared in a small role as a fighter who was demolished by an Italian giant in The Boxer From Shantung, which starred Chen Kuan-Tai.
I wasn’t able to embed the video, as it’s not on YouTube. But the link takes you to it.

Eddy Ko.
Eddy Ko was one of the great kung fu movie villains, who now concentrates on acting as opposed to fighting. He discusses various people and things in the movie industry, including working with Hwang Jang-Lee, Danny Glover, Mel Gibson, Alexander Fu Sheng, etc. He also briefly discusses some observations on Brandon Lee’s death.
