Good show, I say!!
(interesting read also)
In particular, during depressed economies, a LOT of people find they need SOMETHING to 'believe' in. Most people will cling stubbornly to their belief systems when times are rough... it's what keeps them going.
or maybe they find out what are really important to them and what are fluff, and re-orient their lives accordingly.Quote:

Didn't they call this "in denial"?
They know they are wrong. They will not admit it. They keep on going along the old road.
or Blind Faith?
They believe what they like to believe. Everything else does not register.
This may not be cognitive issue. Cognition means to know or to realize after observation, analysis etc.
This food is sweet. I take a bite or taste it. I then say yes or no. If it taste sweet and I still insist on saying that it is not.
Is this the knowing/cognitive problem or something else?
I recently read about Trollshido. It is very interesting read. It must be tough to be a Trollshidoka, as they say.
They believe in Trollshido.
It seems that those are rare. And usually take a bit of maturity and experience coupled with introspection.Quote:

Who does it explain and what do they believe in?
I am new to this, too. It is like since last Sunday.
I start to post at the other forum again. And I ran into this.

They have their own forum.
Trollology. They call it. The science of a troll.
:D
I'm thinking it's more of ...Quote:

claim that your food is sweet and is always sweet
everyone comes and tastes - it's bitter
continue to claim that your food is sweet and is always sweet, so something else must be attributed to why everyone claims it's bitter
Well, dude, you see...
When you finally let go you find out there is no logic explanation for your existance... or for any existance at all... then you can see the size of your insignificance... it is the chaotic truth more than 99% of the people run from
I choose not to run
I'm still right here
I'm the one that pushes the bar looking for the answers always ACKWOLEDGING there might be none

but i did find a post by ralek on bullshido...i thot he died or sumthin. hes banned even there.
I think R is a confused kid or a persistent willful adult almost derailed Bullshidoka. He was hense banned.
Here is an analogy.
A kid watched Food Channel. He then played a little instant cook or ready to cook in the kitchen.
He then confronted all the chefs with years of training and said in the food critique forum.
He thinks Thai food (MT) and Brazilian style of Japanese food (BJJ) excel over thousand years old Chinese cooking (kung fu).
He was asked where did he train. His reply was watching videos (UFC etc) and wrestling with his cousin.
He was asked to show up for a cookout (Throw down or a "friendly match").
If he cooks (fights), then he would not say half of what he was saying in the cook critique forum.
I think they are paying too much attention to him.
But anyway, I like their new format. All the BS and Trolls are grouped.
I am interested in featured discussion and technique sections, where you may be able to read something more serious.
Peace.
:D
and how sweet to find a fence has two sides you can play. hey spj.
But Thai food really does excel over all other food! ::grin::Quote:

I like Thai, too.
The soup makes you sweat. The sea food etc. I am drooling.
My collegemates are from Thailand. They were very good in playing soccer.
I have Brazilian roommates when I first came to So Cal in early "90. They were good soccer players also.
