What's a good and legit Kung Fu place in NY LI?

I'm looking for a school in Long Island NY that teaches everything from all aspects of fighting, real self defense, health, pretty much everything necessary for martial arts training. A legit Kung Fu instructor that's not like a mcdojo. I appreciate the help.
