You can chop up that chicken meal at the end of the day into one big salad and two smalls. Or eat the meat meal before work and have protein bars and shakes at work. Get rid of the ramen.
You can slow your metabolism down by eating the steaks on the weekends and no beef during the week.
To gain mass the lifts are much less important then what you eat and how. Listen to everyone when they say, eat lots more, cause thats really what you need to do.
I generally always tell people to lay off the curls and incline curls and more curls and do things like 7* said, squat, dead, press, etc.
For a long time I was having a large protein shake 30min to 1 hour before bedtime to help gain weight.
