Chi Kung-for headaches?
Hello :)
My question is how does it help headaches..... or better yet does it work?
i do ba duan jin.... i mostly done it as a way of stretching/warming up, till i read about the other benefits.
is it prevention or cure,is it the full 8 exercise's or just one???:confused:

The Chi Kung breathing helps get more oxygen to the dome and can help with headaches if that's the problem. The light mobility exercises can help with circulation also increasing the oxygen transfer. Now if lack of circulation/oxygen are not the problem???? Try aspirin (thins the blood) increasing, you guessed it, oxygen/blood circulation.
