Hi all,

This is off topic, but since Pacific Rim Products and MartialArtsMart.com are subsidiaries of TC Media (or a DBA for TC Media) I thought I could legitimately post this in this forum.

I recently had an excellent exprience with MartialArtsMart.com. Things started off badly, there was a major problem with my order when it arrived, which I won't get into. What made this great is:

1) The APPOLOGIZED. When's the last time a company messed up and actually appologized for it????

2) They are making it right, just as soon as possible.

3) They went to the trouble of making sure I am a satisfied customer.

Man, I am happy, happy, happy and thought I should share this with the rest of you. And no, I am not just sucking up to these guys because they sponsor the forum.

Whether the stone hits the pitcher, or the pitcher hits the stone, it's that pitcher that gets hurt
