I was just wandering if anyone has used those Apple Cider Vinegar pills for weight loss or for cleaning out your system? :confused: :confused:

...I just go to the source and drink Strongbow myself!!!!!!!! (thats one for the Brits on here). Every now and again I have a bit of Scrumpy too!!!
i find scrumpy jack a bit too sweet, but then i'm not realy a cider drinker, guinness is the nectar! mmmm

don't worry about apple cider vinegar, it's just a myth. I'm sure I can dig up some articles to back that up - I'll try to find some.

I drink the Bragg ACV for health purposes, as it is supposed to be very beneficial for that. As far as using it for weight loss, I don't know.
