Donald Trump and 2024....

Greetings,

Since the state Colorado has barred Donald Trump from the ballot, reason being that he participated and orchestrated an insurrection, has he ever been tried and found guilty of such an offense? I am seeing a lot of declarations and absolutely nothing beyond that. Until he has been found guilty of such an offense, he should be allowed to remain on the ballot. While "media" hopes that this Colorado move gathers momentum, there could be some far reaching consequences that could redefine America as we know it. Maybe this is what we really need to further nudge Americans into making America great again.
