Don't buy these cheapy bags, they are filled with sand or wood dust, I got one and its about 30lb, then after 1-2 times doing a few strikes with it like this, it have turned into a foldable sandwich.. see it yourself. Really, this bag is just good for youth or light strikes, not for any hardcore...
and that's why I bought my Century 100lb heavy bag later on..
