I'm looking for a Chen style tai chi video.
Can someone tell me the best videos or books
to get and why you feel that they are the best.

Chen Xiaowang is the 19th generation Grandmaster of the Chen style Taijiquan. Master Chen was taught his family art from childhood and has practiced diligently over many decades. Ren is his senior student. One tuff puppy!
