So you were going for a double bw deadlift. That's not bad. I've only done a double bw deadlift twice (that's on two separate occasions, 1 rep each time) and I weighed 162 lbs at the time.

im jealous of you guys strong. i wish ican squat 300 pounds. but i would probbaly blow out my colon.
i never squatted in my life, then 4 months before i started squatting, i almsot reach magical 200 pounds, then i get the diarhea disease from chicago sichuan restaurant. now i deload and start over.
