what is a healthy amount to take a day?
1 tablespoon of flax seed oil and minced garlic in the evening is a nice habit. I first read it in "The food connection" by Sam Graci, and have enjoyed it ever since.
I don't know about the oil, but ground flax seeds are great mixed in anything and you don't miss out on the fiber!
If you are taking it for the EFA's I would recommend Hemp Oil which has the most complete profile.
