yup.
with ankle weights. Makes you jump real high.

Just stick with it, it'll get easier. I wouldn't do the ankle weight thing though. Could be bad for you joints(not those joints SD;) )
I usually jump for about 20. Do it in rounds, not straight - especially in the beginning. Jump for two mins, then rest for 1 min. repeat.
