Are there any Dzogchen practioners out there? Dzogchen is considered the higheest level or training in Tibetan buddhism. it is found only in the oldest schools (bon and Nygma) of the 5 schools of tibetan buddhism.
I personally believe that is is a powerful technique for clearing the mind.

I liked your Dzogchen little education link, its worth some people to view and see how they can apply awareness in martial arts, unfourtunately you need the direct transmission from a qualified lama to receieve the empowerment of the particular practices (meditation exercises)a that help you arrive at that awareness.
a good preliminary is 'Heartdrops of Dharmakaya" by lopon tenzin namdak. the book has several preliminary practices for the novice.
