The Blazing Temple (1963) 火烧少林寺
Here's an odd bit of research from Philip Sahagun. He heard rumor that there was footage of Shi Degen in an old Shaolin Kung Fu flick and that led him to this. We discussed it but I'm not familiar with this film. It was allegedly shot at the temple prior to the Cultural Revolution.
