Way of the Hero

Hi everyone.

I've decided at long last to share my particular training regime if there is appetite? When I was last here I was a mere warrior, but Monk Wong has recently promoted me to 'hero' and so I have earned the right to teach Quan Jitsu, which is our family style.

Here is a basic overview of the hero level of training -

Advanced Chin Na
Advanced Mind Fighting
Advanced Martial Trickery
Advanced Spiritual Training

I'm happy to share my thought on any of the above with all bold enough to undertake this rare challenge.
