What is your favorite qigong beside standing pole and walking the cirlcle? my favorite is the twelve hun yuan qigong. BTW have anyone ever heard of a qigong set called"purple cloud" of hua shan school?

I don't do Qigong. I just didn't want there to be no replies to this thread.
Although there are many styles, they all depend on the strong beating the weak and the slow falling to the quick. These are not related to the power that must be learned -- Taiji Classics
