I went to train with Randy Couture at the original team quest years ago
The first hour we worked double leg, everyone was like COOL!
Then the second hour we worked double leg, just a little harder
Then the third hour we worked double leg, just make sure you really plant the guy into the mat and drop your shoulder in his gut
Then, for the fourth hour, we worked.... DOUBLE LEG
Then we all crawled across the 4 lane highway to our hotel rooms :D

He was just making sure you got the concept of the Double leg. haha:p
:)thought id bump this since mr johnson is coming back in october to teach a week of classes and seminars at the same gym....would love him to stay but im guessing its not hard to chose between being BJ Penns grappling coach and being in Hawaii or cold rainy leicester :)
kung fu has grappling elements. studying and understanding grappling can only make your kung fu better...
actually the title of thread is imo very appropriate

I had friends who wrestled in high school Never muched liked wrestling...My love for Kung Fu was motivated by the seventies martial arts movies...All I ever loved was chinese boxing!
nothing wrong with that. Just different perspectives is all. :)
