Should I drink my own warm pee?
Yang Liansheng, professor from the Liaoning Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine sure thinks so! He says "Urine contains no bacterium and is more sanitary than blood".
Three million Chinese drink their own urine

Urine Therapy is pretty popular, just do a search for it and you'll see tons of sites. So....the question remains to you all...will you drink your own warm pee?
The biblical thing to do...

I'm curious to see if Gene Ching catches this thread... or should I say 'stream'?
Thanks herbox (he only said this because we've discussed it during some drunken rant on our adventures, no doubt).
Urine therapy goes back a long way, some even say it's biblical.
Quote:
"Drink water from your own cistern, flowing water from your own well. Should your springs be scattered abroad, streams of water in the streets? Let them be for yourself alone, and not for strangers with you. Let your fountain be blessed, and rejoice in the wife of your youth" (Proverbs 5:15-18 RSV)
I've always interpreted this as advice against adultery, but within the ****-drinking circles, they say otherwise Of course, they drink ****, so what can you say? There was a great article in Yoga Journal several years ago on this. If you're really interested, that's where I'd look.
And no, I've never experimented with this and have no intention to do so.
