Here, is that like the isometric guy from a long time ago who said that he only used his exercises, but that he uses weight lifting to test his strength, however he got brought to court or something and said that he used weights a few times a week?

I know what you mean. Static muscle contraction is a strong strength training exercise. Second to concentric exercise. With eccentric exercise being the strongest. Personally, I do horse stance exercise once a week. Anyway, stone warrior workout is not a good workout if the whole training session consists mainly of static muscle contraction exercises.
