On the other hand, you have to completely get rid of 'delicate and lovely' to accomodate 'beef curtains'. That's all I'm saying, really. I don't expect you to refer to it as something specifically delicate and lovely. Just use terms that let me keep that in the equation.
So how about pork flaps?
