Be really careful, dude. If I were you I'd lay off everything until you get it checked out properly. Just cos you can't feel it during BJJ doesn't mean you're not exacerbating the damage.Quote:

Strangely, BJJ doesn't affect my shoulder. I don't quite understand that.
No dude, I'm pulling your plonker. I do remember the General Ching days, but I have no idea who or why. My memory isn't that good!Quote:

All true.
The only chances I'd wreck it in bjj is:
a) someone who doesn't stop when I tap
b) someone who goes to hard when wrestling.
I tell all my partners about the injury and they've been good so far.
As far as kung fu - the majority of the strikes in the system require displacement of the scapula and shoulder rotation and therefore PAIN! When doing standard boxing strikes there is no discomfort.
Now, to find a good physio. Chiro hasn't helped nor my TCM doc. It's been crook for ages now.
Where's that phone book?
Cool man. Just be dayum careful. It's too easy to make an injury chronic and permanent.
so, mkay
this is Galileu, he was smart, cool and sweet
6.66 One Hundredth Of The Number Of The Beast.

I think it will be a good journey.
Considering my current studies - I may learn some good stuff.
sweeeet :D
It's gonna take the world by storm.
Six is the smallest perfect number. It's the sum of all it's own positive divisors.
1+2+3=6
So 666 would be triple the perfection.
Kind of makes you wonder what those Bible writers were thinking, huh?
666 Would only seem to be the triple....
18 would be the real triple (err, here it comes)
Have we resorted to posting picture of our pets?
Well it depends on your point of view. What about: 6 x 6 x 6 = 216?
