Hey Richard, nice looking training space, looks great.
We use this mo pan quite a bit, usually start it entering with yang zhang (back-hand) and then apply the mo pan. Good stuff!

Looks like they practice some moves for show. Then two guys spar on some very dangerous surfaces before one guy has enough.
The deng pu on the street seems particularly nasty. Looks like the fallee was shaken from that take down.
