Anyone heard of celltech?
Its a newer type of creatine with some sort of "cell volumizing agent"... Read a review in one of the muscle mags... seems to be good... anyone tried it, or know anything...

Just curious who is taking what supplements, and what each does for you.
Ive been seeing some good results from regular old creatine, and whey protein... I know there is some better stuff out there...
